Information we collect

- Billing and order details, including country, address details where required, products purchased and order history.
- Payment status and transaction identifiers. Complete card or bank details are handled by Stripe and are not stored by us.
- Messages you send through our contact forms or by email.
- Technical information such as IP address, browser, device, security logs and cookie preferences.
- Download records needed to provide and protect your purchased files.
Why we use your information
We use personal information to process payments, deliver downloads, manage accounts and orders, provide customer support, prevent fraud, secure the website, keep legally required business records and improve the reliability of our store. We process this information to perform our contract with you, comply with legal obligations and pursue legitimate interests such as security and customer service. Where consent is required, such as for non-essential cookies or marketing, you may withdraw it at any time.
Service providers
We share only the information necessary with providers that help operate the store. These may include WooCommerce and WordPress, Stripe for payments, our hosting and email providers, FluentSMTP for reliable transactional email, Jetpack features used on the website and professional advisers where required. Some providers may process information outside the European Economic Area using an approved legal transfer mechanism.

Essential cookies keep the cart, checkout, account and security functions working.
