Will I receive a physical product?
No. All products are digital unless a product page explicitly says otherwise. Nothing will be shipped.
Where can I find my files?
After payment, download links appear on the order confirmation page. They are also available under Downloads in your account.
Can I print the files more than once?
Yes, you may reprint your purchase for your own personal use. Files may not be shared, resold or used commercially.
Why do printed colours look different?
Colours can vary between screens, printers, inks and paper types. Use your printer’s highest-quality setting for the closest result.
Can I edit a printable card?
Standard printable card files are not editable. Products described as Canva templates can be personalised through the template link supplied after purchase.
Can digital purchases be returned?
Because digital files are supplied immediately, returns are generally not possible after access or download. Contact us if a file is damaged or does not match its product description.
